This workshop with Lisa Clark will explore the Perineal Body, how it organizes the layers of the pelvic floor, and when embodied creates articulation and discernment in the movement of the pelvic halves and joints. The perineal body is the root, where the front and back body meet to create a unified experience through the central channel of the body. Class will explore this space, from its origin the perineal body, to its end point the pituitary gland, and the internal balance and tranquility we will find there. We’ll engage in several mini practices based on a natural progression of embodied principles that can easily be integrated into your daily life and practice.
