This gentle restorative practice with Lisa Clark is designed to balance the pathways of cellular tone in a conscious relationship with earth and space. The practice will slowly build from the ground upwards with a felt sense of yield, condensing, expanding, and opening. It will rekindle your aliveness, nourish your sense of self, and support your relationship with the outer world.

You will need the following:
• Yoga mat, 3 blankets, 1 bolster, block and yoga belt, eye pillow, study folding chair or dining room chair.
