This special class with Lisa Clark will focus on restorative asanas and breath work that supports the lungs and a somatic awareness of the dynamics of external breathing.
Class will be relaxing and deeply renewing.
You will need the following:
• Yoga mat, 3 blankets, 1 bolster, block and yoga belt, eye pillow, sturdyfolding chair or dining room chair.
This workshop will include:
• A simple short lecture on the practice
• Application of the principles to yoga
