This special class with Lisa Clark will guide you in a practice that utilizes the soothing support of the ground to replenish our body’s vitality. The time bonding with the earth will incorporate gentle asanas and supported restorative poses to gently rebalance the autonomic nervous system and our overall physiological tone.
You will need the following:
• Yoga mat, 3 blankets, 1 bolster, block and yoga belt, eye pillow, head wrap, folding chair or dining room chair.
