This special class will focus on creating deep rest and re-balancing our over all nervous system tone. It offers slow inquires for the brain and nervous system, restorative asana, and pratyahara techniques.
Somatic explorations will include different aspects of the autonomic nervous system, gravity, weight, senses, embryological and developmental experiences.
Lisa suggests setting up for class in a quiet space, with several yoga blankets, eye pillow, bolster, sand bags, and a scarf to wrap the head, if you have them.
